STUDY

Attendance at the MSc takes place within the framework of the Regulations of Studies, which detail the obligations and rights of students. The duration of the study period is four (4) academic semesters, which includes the time for the preparation of the Postgraduate Diploma Thesis. Part-time study is possible, following a reasoned application by the student and approval by the Departmental Assembly.

For the awarding of the degree of the MSc, the successful attendance of at least six (6) seminar courses and the successful completion of the M.D.E. is required, which equals a total of one hundred and twenty (120) credit points (ECTS). Each seminar corresponds to 15 credit points (ECTS) and the M.D.E. to 30. All courses are taught weekly and, where appropriate, include seminars, practical training and free seminar work.

Papers should be 5,000-7,000 words in length and should be written according to the writing guidelines of the Department's Rules and Regulations.
